How it works

Order Sequence (excluding pre orders)

  1. You add your items to cart, checkout and place your order.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
  3. Shop staff select your items and set them aside until delivery/collection day, ensuring any chilled or frozen goods are suitably stored.
  4. Any out of stock items, are removed from your order and you are notified by email.
  5. Payment is taken from the details you entered, we will only take payment for the items we have in stock and that we are sending to you.
  6. Items are transferred to delivery vehicle along with any other nearby deliveries we have at that time.
  7. Delivery will arrive on a weekday within your chosen timeslot.
