Tasting

The dress is very bright and amber. The nose, dominated by aromas of gingerbread, dried flowers and candied fruit is fine and complex.

The mouth is very refined, subtle harmony of spicy, floral notes and candied zest on the finish. Very good balance between freshness and smoothness. Long aftertaste.

To taste on a Roquefort, desserts with chocolate, nuts or almonds, or alone for pleasure accompanied by a good Havana
