Carla's Dukkah Spice: A favourite Egyptian treat, Dukkah is a rich
savory blend of fragrant seeds and spices to
bake or garnish with. Try with fillets of chicken or
fish. Also wonderful mixed with toasted crushed
nuts as a dip, best served with crusty bread and
good quality olive oil.
