Red Sterol Complex provides Red Yeast Rice, Plant Sterols and Cinnamon bark. Red Yeast Rice has been eaten and made in China for centuries by fermenting rice with Monascus purpureus (once fermented, the yeast is inactivated). Plant Sterols help support healthy blood lipids levels, and Vitamin E helps protect blood lipids against harmful oxidation.
